HighLevel for enterprise
“That's cool, but we're not spending $15k a month on a CRM.”
We hear it from companies that have priced HubSpot or Salesforce. Plenty of them want HighLevel, also known as GoHighLevel, instead. What they don't have is the time or the talent to set it up correctly. That's where Eliix comes in.
The seat math
Per-seat pricing punishes you for growing.
HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise and Salesforce Sales Cloud Core charge for every paid seat. HighLevel's plans include unlimited users, with usage billed on top. Larger companies may need its custom-priced Enterprise plan.
HubSpot
Sales Hub Enterprise, $150 a seat per month
$15,000/mo$180,000 a year
Salesforce
Sales Cloud Core, $195 a seat per month
$19,500/mo$234,000 a year
HighLevel
Unlimited plan, any number of users
$297/mo$3,564 a year
List prices from each company's pricing page, checked October 2026. Salesforce bills annually. This leaves out negotiated discounts, add-ons, required onboarding fees, HighLevel usage charges for texts, calls, email, and AI, its HIPAA add-on, and Eliix's fees for the build. HubSpot and Salesforce also sell lower-priced plans.

HighLevel is easy to buy and hard to set up well.
The software is the small part of the decision. The build is what decides if it works.
Time
Your people already have full-time jobs. A rollout squeezed in between them stays half finished.
Talent
Data structure, automation, permissions, and phone compliance are specialist work. Most companies don't have that person on staff.
Ownership
A CRM with no owner fills up with bad data and broken workflows. Then your team stops trusting it.
Why not just use HighLevel's free concierge?
Use it if it covers what you need. HighLevel says its concierge team handles setup and onboarding at no additional cost, and for a simple move that may be enough. Moving your setup is one job. Deciding how your teams should work on the other side, and owning the result, is another. That's what Eliix is hired for, and we'll use whatever HighLevel includes on your plan so you don't pay us for what you can get free.
What Eliix handles
- Mapping how each team sells and serves before anything gets built
- Pipelines, fields, custom objects, and record relationships designed around your business
- Moving contacts, companies, deals, and history, then checking what came across
- Rebuilding your workflows, labelled so your team can read them
- Separate setups for locations, brands, or business units
- Text and email compliance, including A2P 10DLC registration
- API connections to your other systems, and custom web apps where HighLevel stops
- Training your team and handing the system over step by step
We'll tell you if you should stay put.
HighLevel is not the right answer for every company, and a bad move costs more than the bill you're trying to cut.
HighLevel is usually a fit when
- Your CRM bill goes up every time you add a person
- You're paying for enterprise features most of your team never opens
- Sales, marketing, texting, and calls live in separate tools
- You run several locations, brands, or markets
Stay where you are when
- Complex quoting, territory, or forecasting tools run your sales process
- Your teams depend on years of custom code or packaged apps
- Your security review needs something HighLevel can't show you

We review your seats, contract, integrations, and process, then tell you what moves, what stays, and whether HighLevel fits.

We build alongside
Your current CRM keeps running while we build and test the new system next to it.
- 3
We move and train
We move the data, check it, switch teams over, and train them on the new system.
Two ways to work with us.
One is a project with an end date. The other is ongoing senior help.

Common questions
Is HighLevel good for enterprise companies?
HighLevel suits some larger companies, not all. It fits when the work is sales, marketing, and follow-up across teams or locations. It is a poor fit when complex quoting, territory tools, forecasting, or deep permission rules run the business. We check your requirements first and tell you where it falls short.
How much does HighLevel cost compared with HubSpot or Salesforce?
HighLevel's Unlimited plan lists at $297 a month with unlimited users, plus usage charges for texts, calls, email, and AI. HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise lists at $150 a seat per month, and Salesforce Sales Cloud Core lists at $195 a user per month. Your real numbers depend on your seats, contract, and usage.
Which HighLevel plan would we be on?
It depends on how your company is structured and how much you send. HighLevel also sells a custom-priced Enterprise plan. We work out what fits before you commit.
How long does a migration to HighLevel take?
Most Eliix migrations are a 90-day process. That covers mapping your data, moving it, rebuilding your workflows and reports, testing next to your current CRM, and training your team. HighLevel says switching typically takes one to two weeks, but a larger account with custom workflows needs more room to rebuild, test, and train.
What does a HighLevel migration cost with Eliix?
A full 90-day migration starts at $15,000. If you want ongoing help instead, fractional CTO or consulting work starts at $3,000 a month. HighLevel bills its own subscription and usage separately.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. We offer flexible engagement lengths, and we don't lock anyone into anything they don't like.
Who owns the work when the project is done?
You do. All work is owned by the client once invoices have been paid in full.
Is HighLevel SOC 2 compliant, and will it pass our security review?
HighLevel announced SOC 2 Type II in February 2026, covering security, confidentiality, and availability, and its Trust Center lists an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certificate. Your security team should review those documents directly. Send us your questionnaire early, and we'll work through it with you and go to HighLevel for anything we can't answer. If you handle patient data, HighLevel's HIPAA package is a separate paid add-on.
Can HighLevel handle several locations or business units?
Yes. HighLevel can keep each location or brand in its own sub-account, or we can build one account that reports by market. We'll recommend the structure that fits how you're run.
When should we start if we're under contract?
Work back from your renewal date. HubSpot and Salesforce contracts can run a year or more, so the best time to plan is well before your notice window closes.
Do we have to move everything at once?
No. Many companies are better off starting with one team or business unit, proving it out, and moving the rest after.
