Eliix Marketing Inc. ("Eliix," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use eliix.marketing or our booking site at calleliix.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call, fill out a form, or contact us, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your company name, website, and industry
• What your business does, what you need help with, and your budget range
• Anything else you choose to tell us

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect your browser type, device, language, IP address, the pages you visit, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.

Advertising details. If you reach us through an ad, we may save the campaign details and click identifiers that came with your visit, such as UTM values, gclid, and fbclid, so we can tell which marketing worked.

Cookies and local storage. We use small files and browser storage to keep the site working and remember simple things, such as whether you have finished the story on our home page. You can clear or block these in your browser.

How we use your information

• To respond to you and schedule and prepare for calls
• To send appointment reminders and service messages
• To provide and improve our services and this website
• To measure how our marketing performs
• To send marketing, where you have agreed to receive it
• To protect our business and meet legal obligations

Text messaging

We only send text messages to people who have given consent. Providing a phone number does not by itself give consent, and agreeing to text messages is optional. It is never a condition of booking a call or using our services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

• With service providers that work for us, such as our CRM, messaging, calendar, email, hosting, and analytics providers
• When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public
• As part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business

This section does not apply to text messaging opt-in data and consent, which is covered under Text messaging above.

If your business is our client

When we run systems for a client, we handle that client's customer data on its behalf and under our agreement with that client. If you are one of our client's customers, please contact that business directly about your information.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, unless the law requires or allows a longer period.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Your information: email info@eliix.marketing to ask to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. We will respond as the law requires.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other websites

Our site links to other websites we do not control. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the effective date above.
