Salesforce alternative
Not every company needs a Salesforce bill.
Salesforce is built for enormous complexity, and it's priced like it. Sales Cloud lists at $195 a user per month on Core and $550 on Max, billed annually, before the admins and consultants who keep it running. If your teams don't need all of that, Eliix can move you to HighLevel, also known as GoHighLevel.
The seat math
Per-seat pricing punishes you for growing.
HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise and Salesforce Sales Cloud Core charge for every paid seat. HighLevel's plans include unlimited users, with usage billed on top. Larger companies may need its custom-priced Enterprise plan.
Salesforce
Sales Cloud Core, $195 a seat per month
$19,500/mo$234,000 a year
HighLevel
Unlimited plan, any number of users
$297/mo$3,564 a year
List prices from each company's pricing page, checked October 2026. Salesforce bills annually. This leaves out negotiated discounts, add-ons, required onboarding fees, HighLevel usage charges for texts, calls, email, and AI, its HIPAA add-on, and Eliix's fees for the build. HubSpot and Salesforce also sell lower-priced plans.

What moves, and how
Records come out of Salesforce and load into HighLevel once they're mapped. The logic built around them has to be rebuilt or replaced, so that's what we scope first.
| Today | In HighLevel | How it moves |
|---|---|---|
| Accounts | Companies | Loaded |
| Leads and contacts | Contacts | Loaded |
| Opportunities | Opportunities | Loaded |
| Custom objects | Custom objects | Rebuilt |
| Flows and approvals | Workflows | Rebuilt |
| Reports and dashboards | Dashboards and reporting | Rebuilt |
| Apex and packaged apps | API connections or custom web apps | Replaced |
What to plan for
Custom code doesn't move
Apex, custom components, and packaged apps each need a decision: replace it, rebuild it, or drop it.
Leads and contacts combine
Salesforce keeps them apart. HighLevel doesn't, so duplicates and lifecycle stages need a plan before anything loads.
Permissions are simpler
Salesforce's access rules go deeper. If yours are complex, we map them first and tell you what can't be matched.
Two ways to work with us.
One is a project with an end date. The other is ongoing senior help.

Common questions
Can HighLevel replace Salesforce?
For sales, marketing, and follow-up work, often yes. If your business depends on complex quoting, territory management, or heavy custom code, it may not, and we'll tell you that up front.
Why not just use HighLevel's free concierge?
Use it if it covers what you need. HighLevel says its concierge team handles setup and onboarding at no additional cost, and for a simple move that may be enough. Moving your setup is one job. Deciding how your teams should work on the other side, and owning the result, is another. That's what Eliix is hired for, and we'll use whatever HighLevel includes on your plan so you don't pay us for what you can get free.
How long does a migration to HighLevel take?
Most Eliix migrations are a 90-day process. That covers mapping your data, moving it, rebuilding your workflows and reports, testing next to your current CRM, and training your team. HighLevel says switching typically takes one to two weeks, but a larger account with custom workflows needs more room to rebuild, test, and train.
What does a HighLevel migration cost with Eliix?
A full 90-day migration starts at $15,000. If you want ongoing help instead, fractional CTO or consulting work starts at $3,000 a month. HighLevel bills its own subscription and usage separately.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. We offer flexible engagement lengths, and we don't lock anyone into anything they don't like.
Who owns the work when the project is done?
You do. All work is owned by the client once invoices have been paid in full.
How do you migrate from Salesforce to HighLevel?
We export your records, map accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities into HighLevel's structure, clean up duplicates, load the data, and check it. Then we rebuild the automation and reports your teams use.
Do we still need a Salesforce admin?
You'll need someone who owns the system, because every CRM needs one. That can be a person on your team we train, or Eliix can stay on to help.
Can we keep Salesforce for one team and move the rest?
Often, yes. A team with complex needs can stay on Salesforce while others move, and we can look at connecting the two through their APIs. Each team you move can lower your seat count at renewal.
