Agreement

These terms apply to your use of eliix.marketing and calleliix.com, and to our text messaging program. By using these sites, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Who we are

Eliix Marketing Inc. is a marketing company. We provide automation, media buying, CRM building, web development, and app development for businesses.

SMS terms

Eliix Marketing Inc. sends text messages to people who opt in. Depending on what you agree to, these may be non-marketing messages, such as appointment reminders, scheduling, account updates, and customer support, or marketing messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (512) 991-9199. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@eliix.marketing.

You can also reply STOP to any text you receive from us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive a varying number of messages, depending on your appointments and how you work with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Using our sites

Please use our sites lawfully. Do not try to disrupt them, gain unauthorized access, or copy them in a way that harms us or others. Information you give us should be accurate.
