What GoHighLevel really costs.
By Mike Petritis, President · Updated October 31, 2026
The short answer
HighLevel's listed plans cost $97, $297, or $497 a month, and its Enterprise plan is custom priced. Texts, calls, email, and AI are billed on top. For a 50-person team with moderate usage, a realistic platform bill is roughly $1,000 a month, before any AI, add-ons, or implementation.
The plans
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Main difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $97 | $970 | 3 sub-accounts |
| Unlimited | $297 | $2,970 | Unlimited sub-accounts, basic API access |
| Founder | $497 | $4,970 | Adds HighLevel's Founder features and more AI |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Dedicated managers, custom development, higher API limits, HIPAA included |
Listed plans include unlimited users and contacts. Prices from HighLevel's pricing page, checked October 2026.
Most single companies don't need sub-accounts beyond their locations or brands, so Unlimited is a common starting point. Larger companies should also ask for an Enterprise quote, since dedicated support and raised API limits can matter at size.
What usage costs
| Usage | Rate |
|---|---|
| Text messages | Current market rates |
| Outbound and inbound calls | Current market rates |
| Call recording and transcription | Current market rates |
| Phone numbers | Current market rates |
| Text registration (A2P) | Current market rates |
| Current market rates | |
| Voice AI and Conversation AI | Varies by AI model |
These rates change often, and some may be negotiable, so your actual costs can differ. HighLevel's help center lists its current rates.
Add-ons worth budgeting for
- HIPAA package: $297 a month, included with Enterprise. HighLevel says it can't be canceled once enabled.
- Premium support: $500 a month, included with Enterprise.
- AI Employee plans: $50 or $97 a month per sub-account.
- WhatsApp: $10 a month per sub-account, plus usage.
These are HighLevel's list prices as of October 2026. Some may be negotiable.
Example monthly bills
These examples use the Unlimited plan and assume each person sends 500 texts, 2,000 emails, and makes 400 minutes of outbound calls a month, with usage estimated at current market rates. Your numbers will differ, so swap in your own volumes.
| Team size | HighLevel with usage | HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise | Salesforce Sales Cloud Core |
|---|---|---|---|
| 25 users | About $650 | $3,750 | $4,875 |
| 50 users | About $1,000 | $7,500 | $9,750 |
| 100 users | About $1,700 | $15,000 | $19,500 |
Illustrative. HubSpot and Salesforce figures are list seat prices only, with no onboarding, add-ons, usage, or discounts. HighLevel leaves out inbound calls, recording, AI, phone numbers, and registration fees.
Implementation is the real first-year cost
HighLevel says its concierge team handles setup and onboarding at no additional cost, and for a simple move that may be enough. Larger accounts usually need more: data design, workflow rebuilds, testing, and training. At Eliix, a full 90-day migration starts at $15,000, and fractional CTO or consulting work starts at $3,000 a month.
| First year, 50 users | Estimate |
|---|---|
| HighLevel with usage and an Eliix migration | From about $27,000 |
| HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise, seats and onboarding | $93,500 |
| Salesforce Sales Cloud Core, seats only | $117,000 |
Illustrative, using the same assumptions as above. Moving also has a cost in staff time, and a negotiated contract may be lower than list price.
