The client

Garage Flooring Pros logo

Garage Flooring Pros is a family-owned company that installs epoxy floors for garages, exteriors, commercial spaces, and airplane hangars. It has offered quality products and customer service for over two decades.

The challenge

Garage Flooring Pros sells in dozens of markets, and each one needed the right page, the right offer, and a clear check on whether a homeowner was in the service area.

The customer service team worked web leads out of a shared Google Sheet, and leads, calls, and sales lived in separate systems. That made it hard to see which ads turned into sales.

What we did

  • Ran Meta campaigns across the company's markets, with budgets set by cost per qualified lead and what those leads went on to buy.
  • Built a promo site with a page for every market and offer, so each ad lands on a page that matches it.
  • Built a calculator funnel: ZIP check, project, size, timeline, contact details, then a price range once the lead is saved.
  • Moved the customer service team off the shared sheet and into HighLevel, with lead status, booking type, and call count on every lead.
  • Built labelled workflows that track status, record who qualified a lead, and alert the owner when a lead fills out a form again.
  • Set up lead routing by staff shift, which leaves leads that already have an owner alone.
  • Connected the company's own invoices to reporting, so revenue shows by market and campaign.
  • Added a team view of booking rates, plus daily warnings when a campaign's leads drop.

The results

  • The customer service team works leads in HighLevel, not a shared sheet
  • Every market and offer has a page of its own
  • Leads route to whoever is on shift
  • Ad spend, leads, qualified leads, and revenue in one report
