HubSpot alternative

All the CRM you use, without the HubSpot bill.

HubSpot is a good product, and it gets expensive fast. Sales Hub Enterprise lists at $150 a seat per month, and Marketing Hub Enterprise starts at $3,600 a month, each with a required onboarding fee. Eliix moves you to HighLevel, also known as GoHighLevel, and builds it around how your teams work.

The seat math

Per-seat pricing punishes you for growing.

HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise and Salesforce Sales Cloud Core charge for every paid seat. HighLevel's plans include unlimited users, with usage billed on top. Larger companies may need its custom-priced Enterprise plan.

This leaves out negotiated discounts, add-ons, required onboarding fees, HighLevel usage charges for texts, calls, email, and AI, its HIPAA add-on, and Eliix's fees for the build. HubSpot and Salesforce also sell lower-priced plans.

What moves, and how

HighLevel has a HubSpot importer for the core records. The automation and reporting still have to be rebuilt, which is where most of the work lives.

What doesn't import cleanly

  • Imported emails are read-only
  • Notes can't link to companies
  • Recurring tasks aren't supported
  • Deals with no contact won't import
  • Calculated fields arrive as plain text
  • File attachments can throw errors, so check the import report
  • Some associations may not come across, so check your critical links

What to plan for

Workflows don't come across

They get rebuilt by hand. It's also the moment to retire the ones nobody can explain anymore.

Reports need a second look

List the reports your leadership actually reads, so those get rebuilt first and the rest can go.

Texting needs registration

Text follow-up from HighLevel needs A2P 10DLC registration before it goes live. We plan for that from the start.

Two ways to work with us.

One is a project with an end date. The other is ongoing senior help.

Common questions

Can HighLevel replace HubSpot?

For many companies, yes. HighLevel covers CRM, pipelines, email, text, calendars, forms, funnels, and automation in one platform. We check the HubSpot features your teams rely on before recommending a move.

Why not just use HighLevel's free concierge?

Use it if it covers what you need. HighLevel says its concierge team handles setup and onboarding at no additional cost, and for a simple move that may be enough. Moving your setup is one job. Deciding how your teams should work on the other side, and owning the result, is another. That's what Eliix is hired for, and we'll use whatever HighLevel includes on your plan so you don't pay us for what you can get free.

How long does a migration to HighLevel take?

Most Eliix migrations are a 90-day process. That covers mapping your data, moving it, rebuilding your workflows and reports, testing next to your current CRM, and training your team. HighLevel says switching typically takes one to two weeks, but a larger account with custom workflows needs more room to rebuild, test, and train.

What does a HighLevel migration cost with Eliix?

A full 90-day migration starts at $15,000. If you want ongoing help instead, fractional CTO or consulting work starts at $3,000 a month. HighLevel bills its own subscription and usage separately.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

No. We offer flexible engagement lengths, and we don't lock anyone into anything they don't like.

Who owns the work when the project is done?

You do. All work is owned by the client once invoices have been paid in full.

How do you migrate from HubSpot to HighLevel?

We map your records and fields, bring the data across with HighLevel's importer or by file, check what landed, and rebuild your workflows and reports. Your HubSpot account keeps running until your team has switched.

Will we keep our notes and email history?

Mostly. HighLevel's importer supports notes, emails, and tasks, but imported emails are read-only, notes can't link to companies, and recurring tasks don't come across. We review its report after each import, so anything that failed gets fixed instead of missed.

Why does HubSpot cost so much at enterprise size?

Sales Hub is priced per seat, so the bill grows with your team. At the $150 list price, 100 seats comes to $15,000 a month before add-ons, and Marketing Hub Enterprise is a separate subscription.
